Founder's Day Dinner - Alamo Chapter President Lt Gen Douglas Owens (’80) presents Gen Rice (’78) with a thank you for speaking at the 2011 Founder’s Day Dinner. 75 members and guests gathered at the Petroleum Club on March 26 to remember the 56th anniversary of the founding of the Academy. Gen Owens was installed as president, replacing retiring Gen Dick Webber (’75).
